Dominican Sisters' Summer Camp for Girls
at Circle Lake
(Diocesan Retreat Facility in Pinehurst, Texas)
6th, 7th, 8th Grades

Last year, camp opened with 32 6th, 7th, 8th grade campers, six counselors from St. Pius X High School, and 30 (more or less) Dominican Sisters. On Saturday, the last day, parents and relatives came to pick up their weary children who gave them a program of music, dance, bells and guitar performances.
Only one person fell into the lake.
It wasn't a camper and it wasn't one of the counselors. We laughed a lot during the week.
We had a great time. |
Activities include *canoeing, * fishing,* baking, * singing, *dancing, *swimming,*crafts and
other electives like guitar, musical bells, needle crafts, Tai-Chi, painting, soap making,
games and more ... |
